Househazard provides a general view of the hazards for a given location and highlights their different levels of risk (very low, low, medium, high and very high). The hazard levels provided are based on hazard data produced by a range of private, academic and public organizations. Househazard should not replace a detailed risk analysis and/or expert advice when considering hazard impacts to properties, existing or planned. All hazards are inherently probabilistic and even though some might pose very low risks, it does not mean that they cannot occur. Users of Househazard should access more information by contacting relevant national authorities, reviewing the recommended resources, and through accessing detailed hazard data. Users and potential partners can contact Househazard administrators with queries or information using the Househazard feedback form.
